Narrative

Employee was bring grout trailer to shop to be repaired. drove over window of rock that caused employee to rock pretty hard inside of cab. He threw his left hand up to brace himself and got left index finger in hinged portion of door. he received a laceration to end of index finger left hand and fracture to first joint. laceration received 3 sutures.
