Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO KNOCK A HOLE IN AN OMEGA BLOCK STOPPING TO RUN A WATER LINE THROUGH. HE WAS HITTING A PICK HAMMER WITH A BALLPEIN HAMMER AND THE PICK HAMMER BOUNCED BACK AND STRUCK HIM IN THE EYE CAUSING A LACERATION THAT REQUIRED SUTURES.
