EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS TRUCK TO STEP ONTO A WALKWAY. HE SLIPPED & FELL BETWEEN THE WALKWAY & THE TRUCK, RESULTING IN A BRUISE TO HIS LOWER BACK AND ELBOW.
