Employee was operating a CAT 250E articulating end dump. She was preparing to be loaded by a Kawasaki 80Z wheel loader. She was spotted by the loader, stopped and the loader operator loader her with 3/4"" washed aggregate. She then left, dumped her load and reported that the loader jolted her in the cab and complained of neck discomfort.
