Ee was putting cat head back in on 7 right #3 belt drive. As he was twisting the cat head to line it up he felt a pain in his left ring finger, which resulted in torn ligaments & tendons to his left ring finger which required surgery to repair. The ee started missing work on 8-30-04. Ee was wearing gloves.
