Narrative

In the process of opening the jaw, (removing the shims), the swing jaw did not open. Ee was looking for the obstruction having the heel of his shoes behind the toggle push block that now had approx 5"" of free travel space. Swing jaw suddenly released which forcibly pulled ee's feet backward into the solid back plate of jaw crusher, causing them to slap into the wall.
