Narrative

THE INJURED WAS USING A LADDER TO HANG BELT CHAINS. THE LADDER KICKED OUT FROM UNDER HIM CAUSING HIM TO FALL BACKWARDS. HIS HEAD STRUCK THE MINE FLOOR CAUSING PAIN IN HIS NECK.
