An unitentional roof fall was discovered in the neutral entry 1400' outby the 002 section. The fall measured 40' long, 30' wide, and 5.5' thick, 5 foot tension bolts were in use. The area was developed Jan. 04, No injuries occurred and ventilation and travel was not affected.
