Narrative

WHILE REMOVING V BELTS FROM SCALPING SCREEN, EE ROLLED BELT PULLEY WITH 24"" ALUMINUM PIPE WRENCH TO REMOVE BELTS WHEN HIS FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE WRENCH AND THE GUARD FRAME. EE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES AT TIME OF ACCIDENT.
