A roof fall occured in the 2nd N.E. Main between #5 and #6 entries at survey station 4 and 20. The fall measured 40' long by 18.5' wide by 8' thick. This area had been supported with 9' double locks and 6; fully grouted resin bolts. All approaches will be timbered off.
