An unintentionted roof fall occurred in the 2 left sector on 9-10-04 at 3 30 pm. no men or evirment were in voloved. ventilation was not interupted. the fall is 40' in length and above the anchorage of the bolts. the area was bolted with 3/4"" x 5' turove tension bolt. the fall occurred int he crosscut #6 to #7 entry.
