An unintentional roof fall was discovered in the intake along the 6#1 track. It measures 7' high, 20' wide, 22' long. The area was supported by 6' torque/tension bolts. The area appears to have failed due to severe weathering in the area. It has been dangered off and the parimeter timbered off.
