## Narrative

An unintenetional roof fall occurred on the 6#1 belt.  The mine roof was busted up from earlier cutters(4 yrs ago) and cribs were set in the intersection.  The roof ""potted out"" over the belt and on the tight side of the belt causing 3 bolts to be fall out.  The area was cleaned and resupported with floor to roof support.
