At 1230 pm we had a roof fall in the #8 room right side of 2nd south west butt section the miner had taken a cut from #8 rm to #9 rm about 15' deep when roof fall laceration. the area was bolted with 6' fully grouted sods and some 4' fully grouted rods with 8"" oversize bearing plates there where also three 12' cable bolts. fall was about 30'lx18'to 20' w x 8' told high.
