AS MINING MACHINE WAS CUTTING X-CUT TO PICK-UP AN ENTRY WATER BURST THRU FACE ON RIGHT RIB AND BEGAN POURING INTO MINE. ALL MEN WERE SAFELY REMOVED AND MSHA & STATE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED.
