Alledged incident was to have occurred while this ee was shoveling coal onto the No. 2 tailpiece due to a spill. Cause of this injury was safety awarness and improper lifting. Rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment not a factor, attitude may be a factor, mining equipment/systems not a factor.
