Narrative

Miner was walking next to a double boom roof bolter located in the face area of the number three production section and as he passed beside the roof bolting supplies loaded on the roof bolter he brushed his right hand against the loose end of a metal band. Caused laceration on the top of his hand requiring 4 sutures.
