## Narrative

Employee was using a 5/8"" tugger wire rope connected to a 2"" nylon sling that was chocked to the boom raising cable. The nylon sling received a cut from one of the drum clamp bolts causing the sling to tear in two. The tugger rope recoiled backwards with the socket end striking the employee on his hard hat.
