A roof fall measuring 50' long, 18' wide, 6'-7' high was found in the return entry outby EP 6 spad 48509. 6' torque tension bolts were used in the area and the fall occurred due to laminated rock and coal streaks in the roof. The fall did not impeade travel or ventilation, no personal injuries occurred from the fall. The fall was timbered and barricaded.
