## Narrative

At approx. 7:30 am on Fri. Sept 24, 2004, ee was working on a LeRoy compressor. As he was putting the belt guard back in place, it slipped out of place & smashed the middle finger on his right hand. He stopped work & washed his hands, but there was no cut or blood, so he continued work. Ee reported incident to his supervisor 6 am Monday morning. Upon x-ray, fracture was noted.
