INJURED EE TOLD THE WITNESS THAT HE WAS GOING TO MOVE THE CABLE CROSSER. HE DID NOT HEAR HIM AND ACCIDENTALLY RAN OVER HIS RIGHT HAND WITH A ROOF BOLTER WHEEL.
