EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING WITH A CONVEYOR BELT MOVE AND WAS USING A UTILITY KNIFE TO CUT THE BELT WHEN IT SLIPPED AND HE STRUCK HIMSELF IN THE LOWER THIGH ABOVE THE KNEE.
