EE WAS WORKING ON PLASTERING STOPPINGS USING A PYRO-CHEM MINE CART XC-4. EE WENT TO ADJUST THE FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND HIT THE BYPASS VALVE AND SHOT HIGH PRESSURE INTO HIS EYES AND FACE.
