Narrative

Injured had a 21' joint of 4"" schedule 80 pipe up on a 2' board (header) to allow him to wrap a cutting guide around it to allow him to mark the pipe for cutting. He was positioned with his back to the board. As he was marking the pipe, it rolled off and crushed his finger on the concrete floor.
