The employee was loading at the shovel. The material was large & rocky. A large boulder slammmed into the bed of the truck, jarring the employee. She did not report the accident until 09/06/04. The injury was not clearly work related due to late reporting by the employee. It was determined to be work related after a second opinion was received from a specialist on 10/04/2004.
