An inactive employee on long term disability was here to attend a ""Benefits"" meeting.He is an amputee missing 2 legs, 1 hand & all but 2 fingers on the other.Confined to a wheel-chair he was being pushed into the plant by his wife when the front wheels of his chair struck an expansion joint in the concrete parking lot, tipping the chair forward and propelling him to the ground.
