Narrative

Prior to changing the VIMS out on the 769 water truck, worker disengaged the power via the master switch. Worker was cleaning buildup from the wiring harness using brake; when worker was cleaning the harness it arced, resulting in flames. Worker suffered burn to his right hand. Was treated for infection, as a precaution, by the treating physician.
