The ee was clearing out grout from under the screen on the 3rd floor of the preparation plant. a section of grout broke free and a piece of wire punctured and embedded its self in the employees left wrist. the wire was clipped leaving about 3""-4"" sticking out. the employee was taken to the hospital where it was removed by the doctor.
