Narrative

Employee was retrieving a 4 gallon container of sulfuric acid when the container slipped and fell. The container broke open and sulfuric acid splashed on his left knee. Initial diagnosis was for a first degree burn, however additional treatments have been required making injury reportable as of 09/29/04.
