EMPLOYEE WAS OUT OF HIS DOZER CHECKING DRILL BENCH WHEN THE BANK THAT HE WAS CUTTING OUT FELL OUT CATCHING HIS LEG BETWEEN SOME ROCK AND THE PUSH ARM OF THE DOZER.
