Narrative

Employee had taken a pickup truck to pick up some conveyor chains on two pallets. He transported the chains to the prep plant. One of the chains had slid off the side of pallet. He pulled the chain back on pallet so it could be hoisted up into the prep plant and felt discomfort in his back.
