## Narrative

Loosening the threads on a paint hose, the hose had to be twisted causing the hose to spring out of his hands, striking employee above the top lip & knocking his safety glasses off.  Some paint thinner residue in hose splashed into his lt. eye. He was evaluated by an eye doctor, provided a prescription eye medication & returned to work.
