## Narrative

Employee was pushing up the break thru with the LHD.  As the employee was pushing up under the bent over pans the first one side over the canopy on the 913, it slid off the rear edge of the canopy it sprung down striking the employee on the shoulder causing a 3"" wide 1"" deep laceration.  It required 3 layers of stitches in the trapezoid muscle.
