Narrative

INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS USING A 4"" ELECTRIC HAND GRINDER TO BEVEL THE END OF A PIPE WHEN IT SLIPPED CAUSING THE STONE TO CATCH HIS GLOVE AND PULL HIS FINGER INTO THE GRINDING STONE. RESULTED IN A LACERATION TO HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER THAT REQUIRED 4 STITCHES.
