Narrative

EE was on the surface moving a MAC 8 to be cleaned; he accidently engaged the wrong pedals causing the machine to go forward instead of backward. As he went forward he struck the left side of his face on a piece of coal drill steel. He was diagnosed with a fracture to the left orbital bone.
