EE EXPERIENCED RIGHT KNEE PAIN AND SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION. HE BEGAN MISSING TIME FROM WORK DUE TO ""OSTEOCHONDRITIS DISSECANS WITH MARROW EDEMA IN THE LATERAL FEMORAL CONDYLE AND INCREASED SYNOVIAL EFFUSION."" NO SPECIFIC INCIDENT CAUSED THE ILLNESS. HE RETURNED TO WORK ON 10/19/04 AFTER HAVING IT DIAGNOSED AND TREATED.
