## Narrative

The 502 man van was enroute to the ES33 shovel to make relief at shift change. When the van went through the soft spot several passengers in the van were bounced around. At 8:00 ee reported neck discomfort. was taken to E.R. and diagnosed with a strain.  He stated he was not wearing his seat belt.
