## Narrative

Employee was retrieving a propane tank from the propane tank rack behind Warehouse #1.  As the employee began to pull the tank toward him, he experienced a ""pop"" in his lower back.  He did not continue to pull the propane tank out of the rack.  He re-mounted his forklift, drove to the warehouse office, and reported the injury to his supervisor.
