Narrative

The ee was a passenger in a rail man-bus that lost traction. slid backward and collided with a man-bus that was following. 1st examination 8-20-04 showed bruise and back to work work his following shift. 2nd examination 9-2-04 showed 3 cracked ribs and the ee's first day restricted duty was 9-2-04.
