## Narrative

Repairman changing the liner in the hammermill.  The worn plate was being lifted out of the hammermill and started to fall, he reached over the side of the hammermill to stop/control it.  His right index finger went into the worn spot and was caught between the liner and the edge of the hammermill, cutting the tip of his finger off.
