## Narrative

The employee stepped off of the ladder on a Coal Hauler and when his foot hit the ground, his ankle rolled.  He experienced immediate pain.  He was transported to the Colstrip Medical Center and referred to Billings Deaconess Hospital.  He was unable to report for his next scheduled shift on 08/29/2004.
