EE CAUGHT GLOVE BETWEEN DRILL STEEL AND ROOF BOLTER CHUCK AND TWISTED HIS LEFT WRIST. AFTER A BONE SCAN WAS DONE A SLIGHT FRACTURE SHOWED UP IN HIS ARM. EE STARTED MISSING WORK ON 10/18/04.
