EMPLOYEE WAS DRILLING INTO SIDE OF WASHER WHEN DEBRIS BLEW INTO HIS EYE. EMPLOYEE DID NOT WEAR SAFETY GLASSES BUT GLASSES WERE PROVIDED. ACCIDENT WAS REPORTED TO OUR COMPANY ON 10/22/04.
