EE WAS FABRICATING A TAP BLOCK. EE WAS DRILLING A 9/16"" HOLE IN THE BLOCK USING A DRILL PRESS. AS EE WAS PULLING DRILL SHAVINGS AWAY FROM THE BIT, SHAVINGS SLICED THROUGH RIGHT GLOVE AND CUT RIGHT INDEX FINGER.
