EMPLOYEE WAS ROCK DUSTING ON 4 EAST BELT LINE AND THE AIR FLOW BLEW DUST BACK INTO HIS LEFT EYE. HE WAS TREATED AND RELEASED BACK TO WORK ON HIS NEXT SHIFT. THE DUST WAS REMOVED FROM HIS LEFT EYE.
