## Narrative

Employee was cutting end of discharge pipe off to install dresser sleeve.  He was sitting on top of discharge pipe cutting end off.  He stepped on top of handrail pipe; his foot slipped off onto cable.  The cable connector broke and he fell on top of handrail pipe and hudraulic pipe injuring his ribs (left side) and his right knee.
