Narrative INJURED WAS SITTING ON THE CATWALK AT THE HEAD END OF THE #54 REFUSE BELT CUTTING BOLTS OUT OF THE SNUB ROLLER. HE THEN STARTED TO STAND UP, TWISTED HIS ANKLE, BREAKING THE SMALL BONE IN HIS RIGHT LEG.
