A roof fall occurred on the 12A-8 north longwall belt at survey station 3+70.00. The area had been supported with 8'& 10'combination bolts with roof straps & super posts set along the solid side rib. The fall was discovered by the foreman at approx. 2:47pm. Approx.size of the fall was 27'long x 18'wide x 11'high.
