Narrative

EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CUTTING A CABLE, TO REMOVE IT FROM THE MOVE BOX. WHILE HE WAS KNEELING DOWN ON HIS RT. KNEE & APPLYING FORCE TO THE KNIFE, THE KNIFE SLIPPED FROM THE CABLE AND PENETRATED THE TOP OF HIS LEFT KNEE CAUSING A LACERATION.
