## Narrative

Employee was mucking with a MTI 350 and was driving away from the muck pile. As he was retreating from the muck pile, he contacted a ground support mat on the hanging wall.  The mat cut his right arm requiring stitches and possibly surgery to repair a tendon.  First shift missed was 11/5/04.
